What is the minimum down payment?
We lend up to 80% LTV on purchases, so the minimum down payment is 20% of the purchase price.
Can I use projected rent instead of current rent?
For vacant properties, we may use market rent based on an appraisal rent schedule. For occupied properties, we use the in-place lease.
Are short-term rentals (Airbnb) eligible?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We look at trailing 12-month revenue for STR properties and apply a market rent test.
What is the seasoning requirement for a cash-out refinance?
Typically 6 months of ownership is required. We can discuss exceptions for investors who acquired below market.
Can I have multiple DSCR loans with DSCR World?
Yes. There is no hard cap on the number of properties. Portfolio lending is part of what we do.
